Classes & Exercise
Welcoming exercise sessions for a range of ages and abilities, with Anne in and around Swansea. Regular public classes run through Freedom Leisure; direct private or requested sessions can be discussed with Anne.
What this page is for
Exercise became a real passion for Anne, and teaching it even more so. She's a personal trainer and group instructor across a wide range of disciplines, as well as a registered Yoga Alliance International 630-hour Yoga Teacher. Not every area is taught as a live class right now, but the range behind her is broad.
Anne's approach is to make exercise feel welcoming, achievable and genuinely enjoyable: good fun and easy-going, the kind of session where people feel involved and at ease, never out of place.
Anne is also asked to deliver wellbeing sessions and exercise classes for organisations and employers, including staff wellbeing sessions arranged on request.

Regular public classes and private sessions with Anne follow different routes, so choose the path that fits what you're looking for.
Anne's regular public classes are delivered and booked directly through Freedom Leisure, not through this website.
Through Freedom Leisure, you can usually book individual classes or access Anne's classes and other instructor-led sessions as a member.
Private, one-off or requested sessions with Anne can be discussed by enquiry, separate from Freedom Leisure booking.

Line dance
Line dance is a big part of Anne's exercise work, and she can be booked for one-off sessions with groups or organisations. It is one of the ways Anne helps people enjoy exercise in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Inclusive & adapted
Anne especially loves making exercise feel possible for people who've never thought of themselves as fit, or who are starting again after a long time away. Her approach supports relaxed, adapted sessions for different abilities, including chair-based exercise, such as chair yoga sessions for people living with MS.
It's down-to-earth and genuinely welcoming. Just ask what might be available or suitable for you.
