Therapies & Massage
Holistic therapies and massage with Anne, in and around Swansea. A full session with one therapist who isn't watching the clock, and time set aside for exactly how you want to feel.
What this page is for
Massage and holistic therapy have been part of Anne's path for many years, and they're some of the most personal things she offers. This page walks through the different therapies and how to find the one that suits you.
Every session is built around how you feel on the day: a warm room, no rush, and hands-on care shaped to you rather than a fixed routine.
Therapies Anne offers
Anne will talk through what you're looking for, what may be suitable, and the right next step before anything is arranged.
LED Light Therapy can be offered as a facial beauty session or as part of a more holistic, personalised therapy session, with options such as massage, Ayurveda or Aromatherapy discussed where suitable.
Anne uses vacuum cupping, with suction cups rather than flame. There is no fire or cutting of the skin involved. It is used to promote relaxation, improve local circulation and ease muscular tightness, with suitability discussed first.
Indian Head Massage can include the head, arms, shoulders and face. It is a seated therapy option focused on comfort and adapted to the individual.
Gentle, sensitive massage support for people affected by cancer, offered with care and dignity alongside a person's medical care, never in place of it.
A practical, accessible massage option that can be discussed around your needs, comfort and setting.
Hands-on therapies
Care shaped around you, led entirely by your comfort.
Wellbeing Consultations
Not sleeping well? Thinking about your gut health? Trying to work out what to change as menopause shifts things? Gut health is about more than how your stomach feels — many people are interested in how it may relate to mood and focus through the gut–brain connection, and how it fits into looking after yourself through menopause. A Wellbeing Consultation gives you practical, personalised guidance around nutrition, sleep, gut health and menopause, by telephone or video. Feel free to call for a no-obligation chat first, so Anne can talk through whether this route suits you.
Anne is a Nutritionist and Naturopath with further training in Sports Nutrition and Pre and Postnatal Nutrition. This support is wellbeing-focused and does not replace medical advice from a GP or specialist clinician.
Oncology Massage
If you're living with cancer, or caring for someone who is, gentle massage can be a quiet, restful pause that asks nothing of you. Anne works slowly and softly, led entirely by your comfort on the day, for as long or as little as feels right. It's offered as comfort-focused support alongside your medical care, and never in place of it.
