A.B Health & Fitness is a small, local wellbeing and care service run by Anne Berry in Swansea. This page explains, simply, what happens to the details you share when you get in touch — and how to ask Anne to remove them.
This website belongs to A.B Health & Fitness — Jo-Anne (Anne) Berry, based in Swansea and surrounding areas. When this page says “we” or “us”, it means Anne.
If you send an enquiry, you choose what to share. Typically that's:
Your message is free text, so it may include health-related details if you choose to share them. You don't have to. Please only share what you're comfortable with — a short note is plenty to start a conversation.
That's it. Your details are used to deal with your enquiry — nothing more.

The contact form is handled by Formspree, which passes your enquiry to Anne by email. You're also welcome to reach Anne directly by email or phone instead.
Your enquiry is kept only for as long as is reasonably needed to deal with it and any related follow-up. If nothing comes of it, it doesn't need to be kept indefinitely.
You can ask to see what's held, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Just email anneberry3@gmail.com and Anne will sort it out.
